A user is trying to use Jabber click-to-call a phone number in an email signature in Outlook but it has spaces. It is formatted +1 (321) 555.1212 Jabber translates this as: +1%20(321)%20555.1212 It doesn't appear that Application Dial Rules will help...

Thanks for the quick reply, Jamie. Since the problem followed to the new PC, we figured it's user-specific, not machine- and jabber-install-specific. We'll run those two tests anyway and let you know the results.

Thanks Varundeep. The issue is with outlook signatures, not IE. Jabber is up to date. If that's how it's designed to work, can we work around it with a script?
