A user is trying to use Jabber click-to-call a phone number in an email signature in Outlook but it has spaces. It is formatted +1 (321) 555.1212
Jabber translates this as: +1%20(321)%20555.1212
It doesn't appear that Application Dial Rules will help us here. Is there anywhere within CUCM or Jabber that will allow us to fix this without running scripts within the customer's AD or individual PCs?

there use to be a bug but in earlier version of jabber 9.x

requesting if you can try the latest version of jabber and IE.
In case if this still doesn't work then i think it is working designed.

Thanks Varundeep. The issue is with outlook signatures, not IE. Jabber is up to date. If that's how it's designed to work, can we work around it with a script?
