I already installed telepresence server in main location with conductor , the sx10 join the meeting from multiple location over LTE and it was working fine , when i installed Cisco TCS

i have 1240 access point with radio interface 802.11A/G up ...but i'm getting error while creating vlan that i can't creat it because the radio is not installed ...can some one support me if he face same issue please
