I have set up a line group, like I have with many others before now, that has 5 phones (DN's) in it. It is set to ring as "Broadcast". However calls continue to ring only the one DN each time. Any ideas on what I may be overlooking? The Hunt List...
Thanks Carlo! I tried removing the DN's from the Line Group and putting them back, and I tried deleting the line group and re-creating it. The line still just rings 1 phone. I believe there is something at the location preventing this from workin...
