I have a question about ise license. I want to install ise 3.0 or higher version on vm. Does the basic license apply from 3.0 or higher? Or is it limited to 90 days?license

Hi Current ise version is 3.1.0.518. I know that user licenses have become subscription-based since 3.x. However, when I look at smart account -> virtual account -> Licenses, there are 1000 ISE Base Sessions. Can't I use this?
