After trying to reset to factory defaults by pressing the reset button for more than 30 sec, I still get the same results.... Maybe the switch is dead.Since there is a life warranty on it, do you have any idea how I can get a replacement?

I have the same problem. It used to work but now 192.168.1.254 gives nothing. And computer can't see aech other now.

I have the same problem. It used to work by going to 271.268.1.254 but it stppoed working. Also all computers connected to the switch now get an unidentified network problem and can't see each other...
