Please hel, with this one, for some reason I cannot access my SLM 2024 switch via the default web ip address over the browser. Any suggestions ?

I have the same problem. It used to work by going to 271.268.1.254 but it stppoed working. Also all computers connected to the switch now get an unidentified network problem and can't see each other...

Hi Ishal, disconnect the switch from all network elements. Reboot the switch. Attach 1 computer to the switch and assign a static IP address on the 192.168.1.x subnet and try to access the switch. Ensure you do not have any wireless connection active on the computer you're using.
