Aw Server - We have upgraded Java from 121 to 161 version and Apache Tomcat from 7.0.68 to 7.0.82, post to which we were not able to bring the Tomcat Services Up.
We even roll back the version change, still same issue.

Yes the response is coming after 10 or 15 seconds after we punch in the input. A silence will be there during those period, getting response after that.
