Hi I have a problem with my new HWIC-1ADSL card and Router 2901 with ios "c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.152-4.M5.bin", I tried to update ADSL card firmware with variety version but unfortunately It didn't work.Does anyone have any idea how can I fix this...

The best way to do your task is:Select your source networks which you want to be NAT in the NAT ACL, and if you don't want some host access some destination, use different inbound ACL filter on interface vlan 20.
