Probably not. The main issue with TTCP is that it depends of the router CPU to generate that amount of traffic. I don't think that you will be able to generate that ammount of traffic.
I will perform a maintenance window in the next weekend to perform a proper troubleshooting. Any advice about debugging that I should run during the window?
