Are you trying to use pass-through or SR-IOV for this 9800-CL GigabitEthernet2?I'd probably NOT try to do that to make it as simple as possible.SR-IOV on the Cisco VIC has a boatload of restrictions.
Only way I know to access bootflash requires TAC access. Generate a UCSM tech support and look at file: UCSM_A_TechSupport.tar.gz/ls_l.outCompare FI-A and FI-B to spot any differences.
