I also upgrade to CWCS2.2. (on a solaris platform).Got the same error by installing IDU5.When I toke a closer look: I was installing RME3.4 IDU5. (thats a downgrade)By installing RME3.5 IDU 5 No problem.

Steve ,We're running 12.2(13)JA1 and higher.ANI-server devices supported shows cisco350-iosStill no discovery by RME3.5same for cisco1200-iosI upgraded from IDU5 immediate to UDI11 or is it necessary to instal IDU7 also ?thxkris
