This happened to me! We are running 7.1.3.3, and the issue started right after the DST time change on 11/7/10. Very strange.David, I think this is the second time this week you have helped me out.... Thank you! So glad for these forums.

There was a bug in the IOS of the 2950 switch the CSS was connected to. Finally found it by noticing the high number on the input queues for the attached switchports.
