We are running CUCM version 10.5.2.12901-1 and with the CP-8851.  Is there a way to make the Personal Directory / Contacts when doing a search alphabetical?  It seems to be slot driven and not alphabetical.  It just displays the order it was put in.

We have a VG248 running on CCM 4.1.3 and are having issues conferencing. When we pushe the flash it will let you dial the number and add the two remote parties but never bring the original phone into the confernece. This was working fine in 3.3.3sr...
