Is Live Data configured and working in CUIC?Is the Live Datasource green?If Live data is working in CUIC have you enabled the gadgets in Finesse Administration under desktop layout?

According to the Finesse installation and upgrade guide for 11.5(1)"Choose the Finesse hostname, domain, and IP address carefully. After you install Finesse, you cannot change these values."
