I hope someone can help. I have a user that cannot see the viewmail icon in his outlook. He does receive his voicemail and can listen to it through his speakers but cannot listen to it from the cisco phone.I have tried uninstalling outlook and viewmn...

Thank you so much! I looked up CSCec66860 and did what you said and it works finally. The only extra thing i had to do was to go into Outlook disabled items and reenable it. Thank you again!!!

Thanks for the response. We are running win2k on the server and win xp on the workstation. Outlook is 2003 and VMO is 4.0(2). I am going to try the latest VMO version and hopefully that works
