How do you unlock SNTC data collection profile in CSPC? I tried to update the "Modify Data Collection Profile" and it does not allow to make any changes.

Customer did snmpwalk from the CSPC CLI to the UCS Server as well as against the UCS box. Every this looks OK but CSPC does not discover UCS chassis or blades.   Customer have active smartnet contract.
