Customer did snmpwalk from the CSPC CLI to the UCS Server as well as against the UCS box. Every this looks OK but CSPC does not discover UCS chassis or blades.

You won't directly see the UCS chassis & blades in CSPC because they aren't directly managed. You just manage the UCSM FI A & B side. The component hardware will be collected and show up in the SNTC portal once profiled.

We are not seeing the data in SNTC portal either. It looks like data is being collected but it is not being profiled then in SNTC.

You can private message me the customer name and inventory name or CSPC Appliance ID so I can check for you.

I do not see your UCSM in SNTC. Can you check that the UCSM FI (A & B sides) are in the CSPC, have been discovered, and an inventory collection has been run? You can then check the Collection Run result in CSPC to see that some data was actually collected. Until the UCSM is managed and collected from, you won't see any of the component hardware (chassis, blades, etc.).
