I would like to telnet into a 7960 phone, which is not SIP. Can this be achieved by modifying the cnf.xml file? If so can someone show me the commands.Thanks in advance.

I've created a pots dial peer and enabled direct-inward-dial but any calls coming in gets a busy signal. Any ideas?

I am trying to distribute the load between two call managers, publisher and subscriber. I can successfully distribute the phones over the two CMs but CTI ports don't appear to follow the same rules. Can someone help me with this? I am using CM 3.2.2
