ASN is public or Private .If Private ISP will over-write it and Both USA and Brazil will be able to get Published prefixes. Also you can put filter to avoid ur adv Prefixes back to ur self .But if these are Public than using same ASN is not a good id...

are u able to ping e0/0 interface from PC . Do a traceroute to the IP os ur modem . Also can u configure IP on the modem with some GUI . What is the gateway on modem . regards,

Yes , Its true In means Filter inbound traffic . You will start dicarding packets received for host x.x.x.x and anthing else will not match will hit 192.168.10.0Regards,
