Hi i set up ipma for a user, then deleted it after they decided they did not want it any more. since i deleted the profile no one can phone the numbers the user has, the user can dial from these numbers but a busy tone comes up. help!!

I have callmanager ver 4.0 and i have edited the ringlist.xml to take out some of the more annoying tones. my 7912 phones takes this quite happily but any 7940,60 or 70 displays "ringlist unavailible" help!!
