Permission denied during Catalyst 2950 boot

Hi:When I try to boot my 2950, it return "permission denied" error. It will drop to the switch prompt, and if I do a "dir flash", it return "permission denied" again. Below is the outputPlease help.. thanks... AndySystem resetting...C2900XL Boot Load...
