Are you able to log in via Outlook to see if there are voicemails there? Check the message class to see if it is just IPM.note.

If I do number 3 and login to outlook express I will have to set the Eadmin password to something. Will this mess anything up if I change this password?

Thanks! I got the load from TAC. Did TAC explain why there is this problem? My TAC engineer didn't know anything except that it was a known bug
