Will DIRT restore the voicemail messages?

There's some really good documentation about DiRT at this link..
http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/unity-util
It will give descriptions of what is backed up and what's not.

The documentation doesn't seem to say anything about the actual voicemail messages?

Everything you'd ever want to know about DiRT can be found on the DiRT home page on AnswerMonkey:
http://www.answermonkey.net/App_DisasterRecoveryTools.htm
It talks about all the DiRT functionality (yes, it can backup and restore messages) and includes several training videos showing you how to use it and what you need to do for permissions to get the messages function to work etc...
