Prime Infrastructure Appliance Hard Drive Replacement

This might be in the wrong location. I am replacing a failed Hard Drive on a Prime Infrastructure Appliance (Gen 2).  Is there a set of instructions on how to proceed with this replacement? 

After Upgrading to iosxe 17.XX.XX - Telnet no longer works

Question - Is this an expected action?  I have attempted to reestablish Telnet access using the "line vty 0 4" commands.  The CLI commands indicated that they executed correctly, but the Telnet connections are still being refused.

I just downloaded and installed Cisco Network Assistant 6.3(3).  Now my topology views will only work when "Other neighbors" is selected.  Now, all of my Cisco VoIP phones show up as Wireless Access Points and cannot be separated out.  I'm going back...
