Did you have the caller enter two # or did you enter the ## in the WAN call paramter and the Delimiter setup on the GW?Disabling IVR is not an option as we have multiple endpoints and VC's going on at one time.
It isnt the MGCP bug, we simply correct that by adding the no mgcp timeout commands. Also the gateway is already H323.The only change that was made recently was the removal of VAD because we were getting extremely heavy clipping on the H323 gateway ...
