VIP2 crash

When vip2-50 with PA1-FE found VIP4-80 with PA2-FE ,then VIP2-50 reset ,It seems that 1FE and 2FE could not present in same RSP2.why?

Does VIP-2 with PA-1FE-TX and VIP-4 with PA-2FE-TX can present in rsp2.

I found vip2-50 with pa-1fe and vip4-80 with pa-2fe-tx appear in 7507RSP2 willcause RSP reset.why my ios 12.1.15
