Has anyone been able to create a tunnel between these two devices? I haven't had much luck establishing a tunnel.Jeremy

When our agents are in a ready state and a new call is recieved, the Cisco Agent Desktop will pop up causing other progams to move to the background.Is there a way to keep the agent from "popping" up?Jeremy
