Hello community. I need help with Cisco ASR-920-12SZ-IM. From the first start, the STAT weapon is red. Is it normal? Is there a hardware failure?

Hi asiergd. Thank you for your help. It's an interesting track. I finally found a solution. It was necessary:1- Switch off all unconecected ports (shutdown).2- And also plug in the two power supply.And that's it, the problem is solved.
