Thank you Sheraz. Actually, Reports is exactly what I needed. I was able to create a custom report and include all the necessary information and save as a csv.

Thank you Balaji. I will review and keep handy. If anyone has a more specific response to how/where to download logs, that would be appreciated. In the meantime I will review the admin guide.
