How close the user speech to lead to lead the options function? For example can "press 1" close the notice function of the speech mailbox? If do not control this options, the speech mailbox will can't normally work.chenmu

Hi marschne,The only way you could do this possibly is with a custom script. For example, you would need to set the call forward busy/no answer to extension 1000.^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^That is ,it can not care call form fx...
