A motherboard was replaced on an HP DL380 server which subsequently changed the NICs.  This created a new VEM in the 1000v.  Deleted the old VEM and the new VEM, plasing the NEW VEM vmware ID where the old one was.  Doing through the Manage Hosts wiz...
