I have the same error after I upgraded to 9.1.2 and tried to add users. How did you fix the issue? Thanks,

I have 10 servers with Pub, 6 Sub, 2 TFTP, 1 MOH. I am planning to jump upgrade from 7.1 to 9.1. Do I need to have all 10 servers installed at the same time in the lab for upgrade? Jump upgrade requires fresh install of 9.1 again for 32/64 bit partit...
