We are trying to provide access to the SNTC portal via CSAM but the users status is showing as inactive.
Is there a way we can look to re-active the user?

When an upload is actioned to the SNTC portal the collector is providing error messages that the upload fails and we don't see data within the SNTC portal.
Error:Upload failed with the response Internal Server Error.
