I'm trying to add a team member as an administrator to SNTC Portal and I get the error attached. "User is already associated to another location in your company's hierarchy" Has anyone seen this before?
*Update*We were able to correct this issue by having the user remove the previous company via the link below.https://rpfa.cloudapps.cisco.com/rpfa/profile/requestorupdate_association.do
