Long story short, we've accidentally purged all our systems off TMS and no backup can be found (no snapshots of the sql database as well).  Is there a way to recover all the systems that were purged?

What microphone does Cisco recommend for the Desk Pro's?  We've tried using different 3rd party USB mic's but none of them mute the system, only the USB device.  We're trying to get a mic that when muted also mutes the system.
