If you have migrated from the CatOS to native IOS(thats what i think you have done), there is no concept of moving between switch and router mode, all configurations are done from the same mode.
Are you refering to the Java plugins required for configuring these switches using the CSM ?This would need to be downloaded on the machine which you would use to configure the switch.If this is what you are looking for download the same from this UR...
