Yes, you can have 2nd line on the agent phone. But, this has to be a different DN, no shared or multi line.So, Agent DN that used for IPCC routing can NOT be shared.
Michael,Please advise what are the device pools (region) of OGW and agent phone?Once agent DN is determined and call is enroute to agent, H245 will negotiate channel and capabilities between OGW and CCM.
Jami,You may try to look into other options like, prompting caller to first enter zip code ,or state & city using alpha numeric keypad on the phone. So, if you search by zip code OR state/city, your search for street and number will be very limited ...
