Hi,We have CIsco Prime LMS 4.2.4 installed on Windows. When I am trying to generate Syslog reports from following path...reports>Faults and events>Syslog> for period of more that week it shows logs for last 4/5 days. I have tried all possible options...

Hi Rajeev,As everyone says VSS with SSO with Quad SUP is not supported in CAT4500, but at the same time it is also mentioned that in case of failure of ICA, we have to boot the ICS manually from ROMMON mode.But it not mentioned anywhere how that SUP ...

Thanks for your response Afroz. I have already checked the Syslog file & confirmed that it has logs of last one month.
