HiI am running a MX200 G1 with a CTS-CTRL-DVP8 Touchpanel connected. the Touchpanel has since turned unresponsive, and it gets stuck on the Cisco logo when loading up. Numerous reboots etc and still stuck on the Cisco Logo page.Tried the Touchpanel...

Thanks for the reply, we don't have the power brick no, so I guess I am going to have to find one of these DVP8 to replace it then. Thanks for your help.

We don't no, we do have an account manager but don't think we have a support contract with them, ill have to check it with the account manager and see what he says. thanks for the info on the 10.Don't suppose you know if the DVC8 works with the MX200...
