Hi
I am running a MX200 G1 with a CTS-CTRL-DVP8 Touchpanel connected.
the Touchpanel has since turned unresponsive, and it gets stuck on the Cisco logo when loading up. Numerous reboots etc and still stuck on the Cisco Logo page.
Tried the Touchpanel in a CX90 and does the same thing.
Does anyone know if the MX300 unit, which is a 10" Touchpanel will work with the MX200 ??? or if the DVC8 until will work plug and play?

the touch 10 is from a G2 MX, not G1, and they are not interchangeable. Do you have a contract with Cisco? Open a ticket and get a new one.

We don't no, we do have an account manager but don't think we have a support contract with them, ill have to check it with the account manager and see what he says. thanks for the info on the 10.
Don't suppose you know if the DVC8 works with the MX200 G1 do you? As noticed there are a couple of different one.

Looking at the Datasheet and this old forums post, the DVC8 is designed to be used with the power/network "brick", not directly connected to the codec. I believe it will work if you have one of those and then pair it like you would to a C20, etc. I don't think it'll work connecting directly to the MX200.

Thanks for the reply, we don't have the power brick no, so I guess I am going to have to find one of these DVP8 to replace it then.
Thanks for your help.
