I know this can be a really complex topic, but in general, how does a user actually consume a license on a PIX? And, if I have a 10-user license, and they are all consumed, what happens when user 11 tries to make a connection?Thanks much!dave
Hmmm...good thought, but I'm pretty sure the tftp thing occurs before the setup dialog begins. So, we're still sitting there waiting for it to time out.

Thanks! It turned out to be the version of TFTP32 that I was using. I got the new version from the manufacturer, and the upload worked first time.Thanks for the reply.
