Oh so it does work on 8.6. So it is DX80 related issue, we need this fixed in the future code release. I have notified Cisco verbally and they are aware about this issue now.
Maybe CUCM 11 will take care of this issue. Since it is pulling Directory off of CUCM so maybe the limitation is in Call manager but I could be completely wrong so we need someone to confirm that for us.
Just test this with latest firmware 10.2.4.99 We could dial, check recent, favorites, contacts and directory even though screen appears to be in locked mode.
