CSCvs64158 - Call Home Certificate Expired for VOS Products - 1

In CUC when I go to unified serviceability and click on the CallHome Tab, I get "Access Denied" can someone explain why? All I want to do is check to see if call home is in use before I delete the certificate. TIA
