The appliance was compatible with ASDM 7.18.x when the software was downloaded. When the launcher was installed the ASDM software could not launch for those ASAs. It also couldn't launch to a Firepower 1100 appliance either.
Thanks for the reply. However, the bug shows the affected release of 8.4(4.5). We are using a higher release (9.8(20)). Should this mean that our release should not be affected?Thanks.
