Cisco 20 mics will not unmute with new Webex Pro Codec

Cisco CTS-QSC20-MIC will not unmute, but will mute, from the button on the mic when connected to our new Webex Pro Codec. We sre using CE9.7.1 firmware.  They do unmute from the touch 10. Is this issue fixed in a later version of firmware?
