Issue with Quad cam on Webex 55D and 70D's

I have been experiencing issues with Webex 55 duals and Webex 70's where it says no cameras detected after I upgrade from CE9.5.1 that Cisco ships it with. (why such an old version??) If I load ce9.7.1 which our network is using on all 750 endpoints, it will says cameras not found, and when I check in peripherals it still shows the quad cam with CE9.5.1 firmware. No combination of upgrades resolves this till I do a software revision in the codec. I am open to ideas. I see similar issues but not this exact one.

 

Series of events:

Shipped with CE5.4.1 which is not available on website. Needs 53200 version

Loaded CE9.8.0 from TMS after cameras not found

Restored ce9.5.1 from codec file

When 9.5.1 restored and passed diagnostics, 9.6.2 suddenly was on the unit and I do not even have 9.6.2 downloaded.

Quad cam shows 9.5.1 but system shows 9.6.2

Loaded 9.7.1 from PC and tried to upgrade but it failed.
