Could anyone possibly help . I have 21 Agents logging into 3 skillgroups .Is there any way to provide them with the option of which groups to log into and to selectively make them ready in these groups .Also when a call is not answered on the desktop...

Could anybody possibly advise me if there is any way to convert 4.5 historical data for importing into a 4.6.1 system .When upgrading from 4.5 to 4.6 all historical data are lost and there is no way to import the 4.5 data .regards
