ICM 4.6.1 Upgrade / Historical Data

Could anybody possibly advise me if there is any way to convert 4.5 historical data for importing into a 4.6.1 system .When upgrading from 4.5 to 4.6 all historical data are lost and there is no way to import the 4.5 data .

Hi,

We did an upgrade from 4.5 to 4.6.1 & the Database also was upgraded. So we did'nt lose any data.

If you do a simple "Upgrade All" from the CD setup.exe then information (config and historical) will not be lost. Did you change anything else? SQL? Hardware? There are a number of tools available depending upon what tasks you are performing with the upgrade.
