Missed calls - showing who the caller was originally calling

This is for Cisco IP Phone 7945 A few months ago this was working properly, and now it isn't. We use a phone loop. If someone calls my supervisor and he does not answer, it is forwarded to me. If I don't answer, it shows that I have a missed call...
